Shoulder Stretches
1.
Kneel on the floor
Lean forward with both your arms stretched out in front of you
Now take your right hand and place it under your left hand
Reach toward the left
As you lean forward try to lean down with your right shoulder
This stretch will target your right hand side
Hold for a count of 10
Repeat on opposite side
2.
Whilst kneeling on the ground take your right arm out to a position close to 2 o'clock on the clock's face
Lean forward and away from your right arm
Hold for a count of 10
Repeat on opposite side
Whilst kneeling on the ground take your right arm out to a position close to 9 o'clock on the clock's face
Lean forward and away from your right arm
Hold for a count of 10
Repeat on opposite side
3.
Sit on the floor with both legs out in front of you
Bend your left knee and bring your left foot in towards your groin
Bend your right knee but so that your right foot goes back towards your right buttock
Hold both arms out in front of you and bend them both to 90°
Bring your right arm across to your midline, and then bring your left arm across and under your right arm
Grab your hands together
Lean forward and to the left so that your right forearm rests down the length of your left thigh
