Chest Stretches

1.
  • Kneel on the floor
  • Sit up straight and pull your arms down behind your back towards your buttocks
  • Once in this position hold for a count of 10
  • Then whilst your arms are still fully extended pull your arms backwards towards the ceiling
  • Hold for another count of 10
2.
  • Stand next to a wall right foot forward left foot back
  • Place your right arm, bent at a 90° and at shoulder height against a wall
  • Lunge through your right arm whilst maintaining an upright posture
  • Hold for a count of 10
  • Repeat on the opposite side
3.
  • Stand next to a wall right foot forward left foot back
  • Place your right arm, bent at a 90° and at above shoulder height against a wall
  • Lunge through your right arm whilst maintaining an upright posture
  • Hold for a count of 10
  • Repeat on the opposite side
