Calf Stretches

1.
  • Stand facing a wall close to it
  • Place your left heel on the floor just short of the wall so that your toes are pushing against the wall
  • With your left leg straight lean forwards towards the wall
  • Hold for a slow count of 10
  • Repeat on opposite side

  • Stand facing a wall close to it
  • Place your left heel on the floor just short of the wall so that your toes are pushing against the wall
  • With your left leg slightly bent lean forwards towards the wall
  • Hold for a slow count of 10
  • Repeat on opposite side

  • Stand facing a wall close to it
  • Place your left heel on the floor just short of the wall so that your toes are pushing against the wall
  • With your left leg straight lean forwards towards the wall
  • Arch your back and lean your head towards your lead foot
  • Let your back rest on the wall
  • Hold for a slow count of 10
  • Repeat on opposite side

  • Stand facing a wall close to it
  • Place your left heel on the floor just short of the wall so that your toes are pushing against the wall
  • With your left leg slightly bent lean forwards towards the wall
  • Arch your back and lean your head towards your lead foot
  • Let your back rest on the wall
  • Hold for a slow count of 10
  • Repeat on opposite side
