Buttock Stretches

1.
  • Sit on the floor with both of your legs out in front of you
  • Bend your right knee and place your right foot on the floor on the outside of your left leg
  • Twist your torso towards your right side
  • Place your left elbow on the outside of your right knee
  • Push your right knee towards your left hand side whilst you twist further to the right
  • Hold for a count of 10
  • Repeat on opposite side
2.
  • Lay on your back with both your knees bent and feet on the floor
  • Take your left leg and place it on your right knee in a figure 4 position
  • Lift your right leg off of the ground
  • Grab your right leg with both of your hands and pull towards your chest
  • Hold for a count of 10
  • Repeat on opposite side
3.
  • Sit on the floor with both legs straight out in front of you
  • Bend your left leg at 90° so that your left foot is pointing to the right
  • Take your right leg straight back behind you
  • Lean forward over your left leg
  • Hold for a slow count of 10
  • Repeat on opposite side
