Abdominal Stretches
1.
Kneel on the floor
Take your right arm and stretch it straight up in the air
Lean towards the left making sure to keep your torso straight
Hold for a count of 10
Repeat on opposite side
2.
Lay on your back with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor
Take your arms and place them behind your head with your palms on the floor
Place all of your body weight on your hands and feet and lift your stomach off of the ground
Arch your back gently as far as is comfortable
Hold for a count of 10
