Abdominal Stretches

1.
  • Kneel on the floor
  • Take your right arm and stretch it straight up in the air
  • Lean towards the left making sure to keep your torso straight
  • Hold for a count of 10
  • Repeat on opposite side
2.
  • Lay on your back with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor
  • Take your arms and place them behind your head with your palms on the floor
  • Place all of your body weight on your hands and feet and lift your stomach off of the ground
  • Arch your back gently as far as is comfortable
  • Hold for a count of 10
