  • The health rewards are increased positive attitude and increased productivity.

  • Providing massage on site is cost-effective, as no time is wasted travelling elsewhere for treatment.

About the Massage

Each massage generally lasts for about 15–30 minutes depending on circumstances, times and treatments may vary. The treatment can be tailored to each individual’s needs. The time allowed for each person will not exceed 30 minutes. Each massage uses an array of different techniques from massage disciplines such as relaxation, therapeutic, acupressure, trigger point therapy, Chinese remedial massage, reiki, and Indian head massage, stretching and postural assessment and advice.

People will remain fully clothed and massages will be conducted on an ergonomically designed massage chair. Massages can take place at the person’s desk or in a quiet area of the office, due to the ease of assembly of the ergonomic chair; location of massage is very flexible.

The areas that are massaged are usually the head, neck, shoulders, upper back, forearms, wrists and hands, whilst other areas of stiffness and pain can also be targeted.
